Ihr Werk \u2013 eine Verbindung aus Kinderwagen und Gender-Zeichen \u2013 ist urheberrechtlich gesch\u00fctzt und darf ohne Ihre Zustimmung nicht verwendet werden. Letztere findet ihre Grenze in den gesetzlichen Schranken. Darunter f\u00e4llt neben dem zul\u00e4ssigen Eigengebrauch die Parodie. Parodien oder ihnen vergleichbare Abwandlungen sind im Interesse von Politik und Kunst ohne Zustimmung des Urhebers zul\u00e4ssig. Massgebend ist, dass das urspr\u00fcngliche Werk noch erkennbar ist. Die Verwendung des Zeichens durch die Weltwoche bildet gerade eine solche Parodie.
